Our rates start at $25 USD per hour, with a two hour minimum.
D.R. Intro Ride: This two hour tour is an excellent introduction to the Dominican “campo”, or rural countryside, as you ride past family-run farms, typical country homes, and one-room schoolhouses. Take in the beautiful ocean and mountain views from atop your steed as you get a glimpse of what life is like in much of the Dominican Republic. Rate: $50 USD.
Beach and Mountain Adventure: This is what you envision when you think about horseback riding in the Caribbean! This is our most popular tour and it can be done in three or four hours. You’ll start out with approximately 45 minutes of riding on a beautiful, palm-studded Caribbean beach, with ample opportunities to capture those unforgettable photographs of your family and friends galloping on the beach. From there we head up into the hills and ride through numerous rural communities, where you get an in-depth look at the real Dominican Republic: its culture, food, music, and everyday life. You will visit a schoolhouse (subject to school hours), a typical country home, ride past family-run farms, and get postcard-perfect views that are almost non-stop! Come see why so many guests say this tour was the highlight of their entire vacation. If possible please provide a 48 hour notice, as arrangements must be made to transport the horses from our ranch to the beach. Rate: $125.00usd, including beverages during and after the tour.
NOTE: This tour can end at the beach so guests can go for a swim after the ride; it can also be routed so as to be done in three hours.
The rate for the three hour tour is $110usd.
Three-hour Waterfall and Mountain Trek: Ride up into the hills and right up to a breathtaking waterfall where your guide will be glad to take your picture as you sit atop your steed, water cascading behind you. You will have time to enjoy a stop at a typical home in the Dominican countryside, visit a schoolhouse (subject to school hours) and take a break at a “colmado”, similar to a small country store, where locals obtain much of their daily food supplies. Enjoy views of the ocean and mountains at almost every turn! Rate: $70.00usd, including refreshments at the conclusion of your ride. Riding Under the Stars: This tranquil two hour tour starts just before sunset and takes you through the countryside under a starlit sky, culminating with a bonfire under the stars. Please note that for everyone’s safety this serene riding experience does not offer the opportunity to ride at a fast pace. Please provide 24 notice. To truly enjoy your bonfire, this tour is generally recommended for larger groups. Rate: $90.00usd, including beverages at the conclusion of your ride. We can make arrangements with your hotel or villa so that dinner is waiting for you at the ranch right after your tour; please contact us or your villa for details.

Cancellation Policy: Getting horses and gear ready for your tour takes a significant amount of time, effort, and often considerable expense for our staff, and holding a reservation for you means we may have to turn down someone else. Therefore, our cancellation policy is as follows: “D.R. Intro Ride” and “Three-hour Waterfall and Mountain Trek” tours should be cancelled at least four (4) hours in advance to avoid a $25 cancellation fee per rider. “Beach and Mountain Adventure” and “Riding Under the Stars and Bonfire” tours should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee per rider. No-shows and cancellations made within one hour of ride time will be billed in full. Customized tours will have a cancellation policy to be determined on a case by case basis. Because weather conditions in our area often change rapidly, we ride rain or shine. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in keeping your reservation. Please note that tour features may change at our discretion or because of circumstances beyond our control. Ride times are approximate and may change based on the ability and pace of the riders in any given group, as well as other unforeseen circumstances.
